Questions
- Are there per-shift fees?
- No. A facility pays its monthly plan price and nothing per shift. Professionals keep their full rate and join free.
- What does Basic include?
- Basic is free: search professionals, post as many shifts as you need, and approve professionals. A shift counts once when you approve someone for it; changing who covers it later does not count again, and a backup never counts.
- What if I reach the monthly approval limit?
- Applicants can still apply and you can still post, search and cancel; approving a new shift waits for next month or an upgrade to Premium.
- When does a plan change take effect?
- Your first subscription starts straight away. Any later change, up or down, takes effect at your next billing date.
- What happens if a paid plan ends?
- Your account moves to Basic. Your data is kept and the Premium features return when you subscribe again.
